Engineering support for repair, protection, and compliance.
ATwork Solutions helps industrial teams plan, engineer, and document practical fixes for equipment that is corroded, eroded, leaking, or out of spec — and puts the answer in writing the crew can actually follow.
Capabilities
What we provide
A streamlined platform that supports consistent workflows, calculations, and documentation — without unnecessary complexity.
- Standardized specification outputs
- Repeatable calculation and review workflows
- Organized records for projects and materials
Who we are
An engineering practice for industrial asset integrity.
ATwork Solutions is an independent engineering practice. We write the specification, run the numbers, and document the repair — so the crew in the field has one clear procedure to follow instead of a product datasheet and a phone call.
Built around the work, not the paperwork
Every job starts with the asset: what it is made of, what runs through it, how hot it gets, and what condition it is in today. The specification follows from that — surface preparation, material selection, thickness, cure, and inspection hold points, each with the reasoning written down rather than assumed.
The same answer, every time
Specifications, calculations, and procedures come out of one system, so two similar assets get two consistent answers — and a job documented last year can still be picked up and repeated by someone who was not there.
How we work
Understand the asset
Service conditions, substrate, temperature, chemical exposure, and the real damage mechanism — before anything is specified.
Engineer the solution
Material selection and design calculations against the applicable standard, with the assumptions and margins stated openly.
Document it to be repeatable
A step-by-step application procedure, illustrated where it helps, that the applicator can work from and the client can audit against.
What we do
Specifications, calculations, and procedures for repair and protection.
Work is scoped per asset. Most of it lands in one of the areas below, and most of it ends as a document somebody takes into the field.
Non-metallic repair specifications
Engineered repairs for corroded, eroded, and leaking equipment — tanks, pipework, pumps, vessels, and structures — specified end to end, from surface preparation through cure and inspection.
Protective coating specifications
Linings and coatings matched to the actual service: immersion, chemical exposure, temperature, and substrate condition, written to the standards the job is already audited against.
ASME composite design
Composite repair laminate design and calculations to the governing code — thickness, repair length, and defect limits — with the inputs and assumptions documented alongside the result.
Chemical resistance & material selection
Compatibility assessed against the real process stream and temperature, with the reasoning shown — not a single line pulled off a resistance chart.
3D procedure modeling
Application procedures illustrated step by step in 3D, so the crew can see the repair before they build it and the scope is clear before anyone mobilizes.
Training & field support
Hands-on training for distributor and applicator teams on the products, the standards, and the application itself — plus support while the repair is being done.

Tell us about the asset.
Send the problem — what it is, what runs through it, and what it looks like now. Photos and drawings help. We will tell you what we would specify and what it takes.
